Monitor processes, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and report any equipment issues to supervisors. Required - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to stand for long shifts - Basic math and measurement skills - Follow standard operating procedures - Attention to detail and accuracy - Available for rotating shifts Nice to Have - Experience in food/pharma manufacturing - Forklift certification - Familiar with lean manufacturing - Prior assembly line experience
