Junior Data Analyst

Junior Data Analyst

Data & AIUnited States (Remote)Full-time (entry level)

Start your data career on real work, not busywork. You will support analytics and reporting while learning the craft from senior analysts who will invest in you.

This is an entry-level role built for someone hungry to learn. You will get real datasets, real questions, and real mentorship. We care more about your curiosity, rigor, and coachability than your years of experience.

* Assist with data collection, cleaning, validation, and documentation. * Write and improve SQL queries under guidance from senior analysts. * Build and maintain reports and simple dashboards. * Support analyses and help prepare clear stakeholder presentations. * Keep datasets, metric definitions, and processes well documented.

* 0 to 2 years of experience, or a strong fresh graduate. * Foundational SQL and confident spreadsheet skills. * A genuinely analytical mindset and strong attention to detail. * Eagerness to learn quickly and act on feedback. * A degree in a quantitative or related field, or equivalent project work.

* Any Python, exposure to a BI tool, or relevant internships. * A portfolio of data projects, even academic or personal ones.

What success looks like

* In 30 days: you are productive in SQL and the team's tools. * In 90 days: you own recurring reports and small analyses independently. * In 6 months: you are trusted with end-to-end analysis on a domain.

* Remote-first culture with collaboration hubs across the USA, India, Singapore, and the UAE. * Work on applied AI and real products that ship to production, not slideware or endless pilots. * Senior mentorship, a dedicated learning budget, and sponsored cloud and AI certifications. * Competitive compensation, meaningful ownership, and a clear, fast path to grow. * A small, senior team where your work is visible and your decisions matter.
