About the role
Join a small avionics team designing and integrating power systems for hypersonic flight vehicles. You will own critical hardware subsystems from initial design through validation and production integration.
What you would do
* Design power electronics PCB assemblies, including motor controllers, DC-DC converters, inverters, power switches, and power distribution systems.
* Own the hardware lifecycle from schematic design through bring-up, debugging, validation, and production integration.
* Define subsystem requirements and develop power system designs in the context of the overall vehicle.
* Develop high-voltage and high-current systems for actuators, power filtering, and mission-critical avionics power buses.
* Support ground systems power electronics as needed alongside flight hardware development.
