What a Finance Manager does at Visa:

CDPE is seeking a Finance Manager who combines strong finance judgment, structured problem solving and delivery discipline to support cross-functional data and process improvement initiatives. The Manager will support the coordination of Controllership participation in the Finance Data Platform (FDP), translate business priorities into clear requirements and delivery plans, and support initiatives from problem definition through implementation, adoption and measurable outcomes. The role will also support management reporting, operational delivery, controls, process improvement, automation and approved GenAI solutions based on business priorities.

Essential Function:

ATR Data & Digital Enablement Support (Project-Based)

* Support the Accounting and Reporting team on a project basis by developing, maintaining, and automating data extraction, report generation, and analytics solutions.

* Partner closely with MSC to identify reporting requirements, streamline manual download and centralize data workflows as activities transition from markets into the MSC operating model.

* Design scalable reporting solutions, improving data quality and governance, enabling self-service reporting where appropriate, and working with ATR digital team to digitalize and standardize processes to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability across the organization.

Oversee Management Reporting and Operational Delivery:

* Responsible for management reporting and other operational work performed by the team to help ensure timely, accurate and complete delivery

* Process data and reporting requests, review outputs, monitor timelines and dependencies, and follow up on issues or exceptions that could affect delivery quality

* Escalate material risks, delays, errors or quality concerns promptly when required

* Ensure process documentation is established, maintained, and updated to reflect current procedures and controls

Support Finance Data Platform Coordination and Adoption:

* Support coordination across Controllership teams, FDP partners, data governance and technology stakeholders to progress priority finance use cases

* Establish the intake and prioritization of FDP requirements, including use cases, business rules, source data, calculation logic, acceptance criteria and target outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

· A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience

· Relevant experience in finance, accounting, controllership, finance transformation, data or process improvement, with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional initiatives

· Experience supporting projects or workstreams from requirements definition through testing, implementation, adoption and benefits realization

· Experience overseeing management reporting or operational deliverables, with a strong focus on timeliness, accuracy, issue resolution and escalation

· Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to provide concise updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders

· Comfort using approved GenAI and automation tools, including Claude, to accelerate analysis, solution design and workflow improvement

· Ability to manage changing priorities and contribute across multiple Controllership initiatives as a flexible, hands-on problem solver

· Strong intellectual curiosity and growth mindset, with a willingness to learn emerging technologies and continuously improve processes and ways of working

· Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global team environment

What will also help:

· Experience coordinating finance data platform or data warehouse initiatives, including use-case intake, source-to-target mapping, data validation, UAT, business certification and adoption

· Experience in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, controls, audit, issue management or root-cause analysis

· Experience using GenAI, prompt engineering, AI agents or AI-enabled workflows to solve business problems

· Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, Power Automate or other analysis, visualization and automation tools

· Experience supporting delivery governance, project documentation, change adoption, benefit tracking and executive stakeholder updates

· Awareness of finance data governance, access controls, data lineage, responsible AI and model or solution monitoring considerations

· Experience supporting or guiding analysts and cross-functional contributors without relying on formal authority
