What you would do
Manage the 360-recruitment process from start to finish
* Source and recruit technology professionals * Effectively locate need and develop new business opportunities for potential clients * Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates * Negotiate offers and employment terms * Build expertise within, and hone competitive advantage by staying up to date on, your specialist market * Work toward individual sales and performance goals
