Customer Service Representative

JJ EC, Inc. is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, resolve service issues, and provide a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will communicate with customers through phone, email, and online chat, provide accurate information, and help ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining professional relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chat. Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally. Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Maintain a professional, patient, and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality. Protect confidential customer information and follow company procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and active listening abilities. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer requests. Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or customer support is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial.
