* Administer and maintain enterprise Oracle Database environments across development, test, and production. * Manage installation, upgrades, patching, backups, recovery, and security. * Monitor and optimise database performance using OEM, AWR and ADDM. * Manage Oracle Data Guard, including switchover and failover. * Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, including patching, cloning, upgrades, and maintenance. * Troubleshoot Oracle Database, EBS and WebLogic issues.

Oracle E-Business Suite Database Administrator - Contract

I'm currently recruiting for a Database Systems Administrator to join a consultancy, working with a high-profile public sector organisation to support and enhance critical Oracle Database and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments.

* 5+ years' Oracle Database Administration experience. * Must have strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). * Strong Oracle Database administration, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery experience. * Experience with OEM, Data Guard, AWR and ADDM. * Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills. * Experience supporting WebLogic environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
