What you would do
* Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered enterprise applications and services. * Build scalable platforms that support the next generation of AI-native enterprise tooling. * Implement intelligent workflows, AI-assisted automation, and conversational experiences. * Integrate commercial and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications. * Build scalable backend systems for model integration, orchestration, and data processing.
Essential Requirements:
* 2+ years of software engineering experience (Python, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Blazor) * 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, MPC, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI) * Experience delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions into production environments. * Proven ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams. * Experience building AI-powered applications beyond proof-of-concept stage.
Desirable:
* Experience with advanced AI/ML technologies, including machine learning frameworks, statistical modelling techniques, LLM fine-tuning, RAG/Graph RAG architectures. * Experience with modern cloud, data, and engineering practices, including Docker and containerization, CI/CD pipelines, Databricks, SSIS, Power BI integration.
