In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of our production equipment and facility systems through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities. You will work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance. *\Key Responsibilities\* • Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, conveyor systems, and facility equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures to minimize production downtime • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) with work completed • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend improvements • Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime • Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies *\Requirements\* Diploma - EEE, EC • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in plant maintenance or industrial equipment repair • Experience with electrical troubleshooting • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotation *\Nice to Have\* • PLC troubleshooting experience • Welding and fabrication skills • Experience with predictive maintenance technologies • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge
