Senior Software Engineer - Alts Data Management

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Alternatives Data Management (ADM) team. Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.

* Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code. * Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery. * Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback. * Learn and promote best engineering practices. * Document software functionality, system design, and project plans. * Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance * Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience * Extensive software engineering experience * Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery * Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action * Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems * Excel at written and verbal communication * Experience with financial services or wealth management operations * Experience with object-oriented programming * Experience with AWS or another cloud platform * Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform * Experience with gen AI for coding
