* A firm understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation. * Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere. * Interest in or experimentation with any of the following: frame-by-frame (cel) animation, 3D animation and rendering, AI design and animation tools, realtime motion graphics (Lottie/Rive/Unreal), basic scripting/Expressions, video editing, and audio production. * Knowledge of various A/V formats and when to use them. * A strong motion reel or portfolio that demonstrates your abilities as an animator. * A growth mindset that embraces challenges and new methods of thinking. * A friendly, collaborative attitude.
