Operations Manager

- 5+ years in operations, business operations, or HR and finance operations, ideally at a high-growth startup.

- You understand how payroll, statutory filings, and vendor contracts work in India, and know when to bring in specialists.

- You've run or supported recruiting end to end and care about the candidate experience.

- You're at home in a CRM and spreadsheets, and you turn pipeline and billing data into clear reporting.

- High agency, low ego. You notice gaps early, take ownership of them, and leave behind a process instead of a workaround.

- Clear communicator. You work smoothly across time zones and keep the San Francisco team in the loop without being chased.

- AI-native. You use AI tools every day to move faster and automate the repetitive parts of the job.

- Hands-on with Salesforce or a similar CRM

- Prior experience at an AI or B2B SaaS startup

- Experience with list building to target leads
