What you would do
* Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve application and service issues. * Manage incidents, problems and changes within agreed processes and SLAs. * Support root-cause analysis and preventative improvements. * Maintain documentation and provide user/stakeholder support. * Improve monitoring, performance and operational processes. * Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Essential Experience
* 3+ years' experience in IT Operations, Application Support or Infrastructure Support. * Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills. * Experience working in an ITIL environment. * Experience supporting business-critical systems. * SQL troubleshooting experience. * REST API and integration troubleshooting experience. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
* Azure/cloud experience. * Grafana, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins or Ansible. * PowerShell or Python. * Payments/financial services experience. * Automation and monitoring experience.
