The Client Partner is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth and delivering transformative outcomes for top-tier Financial Services clients. This role combines executive-level relationship management, business development, and delivery oversight to ensure measurable impact across client engagements. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, the Senior Client Partner shapes strategies that address industry challenges such as digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven innovation. The position demands a blend of consultative selling, thought leadership, and operational excellence.

* 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles, with proven success in managing large-scale transformation programs. * Deep knowledge of banking, capital markets, insurance, or payments ecosystems. * Demonstrated ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (>$10M annually). * MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred * Executive relationship management * Strategic planning and execution * Financial analysis and risk management * Negotiation and influencing * Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and seize growth opportunities. * Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. * Track record of building long-term, trust-based client relationships.

Level:  Director-Senior Director

Base salary:  200,000 - 280,000 base salary + bonus
