We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Financial Analytics Manager to turn data from across the business into clear insight and confident decisions. Reporting directly to the COO, you will own our reporting and analytics, building Power BI dashboards on top of our AWS data environment, finding patterns across departments, and recommending actions that improve performance. You will lead a small team of two analysts and act as a trusted partner to finance and business leaders across Ikon.

• Design, build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, including data models, DAX measures and row-level security, that give leadership a single, reliable view of performance. • Use Power Query and SQL to extract, clean and combine data from multiple systems (ERP, CRM, operational and financial sources). • Analyze trends and patterns across departments, such as revenue, margins, costs, operations and sales, and translate the findings into clear business recommendations for the COO and executive team. • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis with accurate, timely data. • Lead, coach and develop two analysts; set priorities, review work and build a culture of accuracy and accountability. • Partner with finance, operations, sales and IT leaders to understand their questions, define KPIs and deliver self-service reporting. • Own data quality and governance for reporting: definitions, documentation, access and controls. • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities that reduce manual work and speed up decision-making.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related field. • 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, financial analytics or FP&A, including 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts. • Expert-level Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, report design, publishing and workspace management). • Strong Power Query and SQL skills. • Solid understanding of financial statements, P&L drivers, margins and cost analysis. • Proven ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling recommendations for senior executives. • Excellent communication skills and sound business judgment.
