That’s why we’re looking for an IT Technician to join our team and ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

Please note: This is a seasonal position and has an expected end date of December 31, 2026. This date can change due to business needs.

Your daily tasks will include

* Inspecting our IT infrastructure to assess its performance

* Informing management about any problems, needed improvements, and planned interruptions

* Managing user accounts and access rights, and keeping users informed of any technical issues

* Identifying problems, implementing policies, and taking action to secure our online systems and company equipment

* Participating in system development projects

* Performing other duties as assigned

In this role, we'll expect you to:

* Have a strong sense of responsibility

* Have an analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving

* Work well as part of a global team

* Work well with minimal supervision

* Have an eye for detail

* Comply with OSHA requirements while on work premises

* Associate’s in computer science or a similar field

* CompTIA A+ or similar networking certification

* 2+ years of general IT experience

* Knowledge of IT networks and protocols

* Experience with MacOS/iOS devices

* Experience with label printers such as Zebra

* Experience with G Suite
