About the role
Job Description Senior Java developer to lead delivery within a SAFe Agile Scrum team, building and modernizing batch applications with Spring Batch, Java 17, and Spring Boot 3.x. Own software design, documentation, testing, and secure coding while coordinating offshore teammates. Ensure SonarQube quality gates and Checkmarx results meet release standards, with hands-on AWS and Docker deployment work. Required - Spring Batch 5.x, Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x required. - Maven, software design, documentation, and strong coding standards. - JUnit 5/Mockito; SonarQube and Checkmarx quality gates. - Hands-on AWS: EC2, AWS Batch, S3, EFS, ECR. - Docker containerization and OWASP secure coding practices. - Lead SAFe Agile Scrum delivery; coordinate offshore teammates. Nice to Have - SAFe certification or formal Agile training. - AWS Batch orchestration for large-scale batch workloads. - CI/CD pipelines for Java applications. - Experience modernizing legacy batch systems.
