Solutions Engineer - Critical Infrastructure

Echodyne develops solid-state beam-steering radar technology for autonomous vehicles, drones, and critical infrastructure protection. This Solutions Engineer role combines pre- and post-sales technical engagement, on-site product demonstrations, customer relationship management, and deployment support for Echodyne's radar systems.

* Perform on-site radar demonstrations at customer sites, conferences, and partner events to showcase Echodyne's products * Lead installation planning, deployment configuration, system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting * Present radar product value propositions to customers and partners, supporting relationship formation and account growth * Conduct post-demo data analysis, report creation, and collect customer feedback to inform product improvements * Develop and maintain technical training materials including application notes and user manuals to support scaling of customer base

* 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role * Proven ability to learn technical products and communicate their value to potential customers * Strong technical foundation with solid technical writing skills * Excellent customer communication skills; ability to convey both high-level and detailed technical explanations * Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds

* Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars * Experience with Linux operating systems and command-line interface * Familiarity with Python or MATLAB programming languages * Basic understanding of digital signal processing or direct radar signal processing experience * Bilingual capability in Spanish and English
