AI Solutions Manager | Enterprise AI Startup | NYC or Remote (US/Canada)
Primis is partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup in NYC building an enterprise reasoning platform that helps large organizations turn strategy into action.
Their platform combines advanced AI reasoning, data activation and agentic workflows to help some of the world’s most complex organizations move faster and see measurable results.
They’re hiring an AI Solutions Manager to lead platform deployments across enterprise accounts and own the client relationship from onboarding through expansion.
What you would do
* Owning enterprise client relationships end to end, from onboarding and deployment through retention and expansion
* Working directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on high-stakes strategic questions, such as where to grow next or how market shifts will affect a core portfolio
* Turning ambiguous business problems into structured, high-impact AI workflows
* Partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design, scope and ship production-grade solutions
* Working alongside Sales to grow accounts and make sure clients see real value from the platform
What they are looking for
* 5+ years in consulting or enterprise solution delivery, with hands-on technical depth in AI/ML
* Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications or intelligent workflows, such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, forecasting models or reasoning systems
* A track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with C-suite and senior executive clients
* Able to take ambiguous business challenges and frame them as clear, actionable problems
* Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to ship production solutions
* Proven ability to drive account retention and expansion in partnership with Sales
