* Administer and support SAP Concur, including user onboarding, offboarding, system configurations, and application changes. * Create, extract, and maintain reports within Concur to support business and operational needs. * Troubleshoot application issues, integrations, and inbound Tier 1–3 support tickets. * Coordinate with SAP Concur support and managed service providers (MSPs) to investigate and resolve technical and functional issues. * Perform business systems analysis and provide administration and support for additional general and administrative (G&A) applications as needed.

What Gets You the Job:

* 3–5 years of hands-on SAP Concur administration experience, including user management, configuration, and application support. * 3+ years of Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or Business Analyst experience. * Experience generating reports, troubleshooting integrations, and resolving application support issues. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams. * Flexibility and willingness to learn, administer, and support additional enterprise business applications.
