Essentials

* 10+ years of experience in high-impact roles across fintech, payments, spend management, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B SaaS environments.

* Demonstrated success in product strategy, go-to-market strategy, P&L ownership, revenue operations, business operations, commercialisation, or a closely related function, with a track record of driving growth and market impact.

* Foundational product management experience, with the ability to engage credibly on roadmap, customer needs, technical trade-offs, and product direction.

* Strong commercial judgment across pricing, packaging, segmentation, positioning, and launch strategy.

* Technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, card acquiring, local payment methods, and broader fintech infrastructure.

* Exceptional structured problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience diagnosing bottlenecks, evaluating unit economics, and unlocking growth opportunities.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear commercial decisions and influence senior leaders across technical and business functions.

* Experience owning or shaping a global or multi-region business line spanning product strategy, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution.

* Experience in spend management, corporate cards, expense software, or adjacent financial workflows and infrastructure.

* Experience helping a business move upmarket into enterprise segments or expand into new geographies and customer segments.

* Familiarity with competitive environments shaped by companies such as Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Adyen, Checkout, or Revolut.

* An entrepreneurial, founder-like mindset with high ownership, strong urgency, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward action in fast-moving environments.

Estimated base salary $250K – $350K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

These expected base pay ranges are based on information at the time this post was generated and represent the company’s good faith minimum and maximum ranges for this role at the time of posting.

The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills and other qualifications, geographic location as noted, internal equity, and other external market factors.

Certain roles may be eligible for other compensation including, but not limited to, annual bonuses, commissions, RSUs, or other forms of compensation in addition to the established salary range.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and work location. US-based employees are eligible to participate in medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees also receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
