Job requirements Experience Range: Lead Engineer with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and related Microsoft technologies, including solution design and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to address complex business requirements

- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations within Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring robust performance and scalability

- Design and implement data import/export solutions, maintaining data integrity and facilitating seamless migration between systems

- Create and optimize JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripts to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and improve user experience

- Apply Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices to deliver scalable, maintainable, and secure systems

- Integrate Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to extend business capabilities

- Utilize Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps for data integration and automation tasks

- Troubleshoot technical issues within Dynamics 365 and related platforms, providing effective resolutions and continuous improvement

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) configuration and customization

- Entity customization, workflow creation, and form design in Dynamics 365

- Data import/export and migration techniques for Dynamics 365

- Custom C# development for Dynamics 365 processes

- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and SQL scripting for Dynamics 365 enhancements

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutioning and best practices

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

- Basic proficiency with Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps

- Experience integrating Zendesk with Dynamics 365
