This role involves programming computer-aided manufacturing systems, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met through proper application of GD&T principles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CAM software and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings. Required • 2 to 5 years of experience in production and troubleshooting of production issues • Proficiency in CAM Programming software such as SolidCAM, Unigraphics, or Delcam • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Knowledge in process identification and optimization • Understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows • Problem-solving skills for addressing production challenges Nice to Have • Experience with multiple CAM software platforms • Background in CNC machining or programming • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles • Certification in GD&T or related technical areas
