Meet the Team
Our Collaboration Endpoints team is at the heart of Cisco’s vision, designing and managing the hardware and software that powers the modern workplace. You will collaborate with an international team of Collaboration Product Managers, Go-To-Market team, TMEs, engineers, Cisco sales teams, Cisco partners, and Cisco customers to bridge the gap between complex calling infrastructure and user-friendly devices. Our vibe is fast-paced and highly collaborative, thriving on the challenge of integrating AI into the end-user experience. As a Product Manager for our Collaboration Endpoints team, you will design, develop, and manage activities for our Endpoints product line throughout the entire product lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end-of-life. You will serve as the central resource, collaborating with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that empower our customers to run their businesses effectively.
What you would do
As a Product Manager for Collaboration Endpoints, you will lead the full product lifecycle from definition and planning through to end-of-life to drive our strategic roadmap. You will synthesize market data and customer feedback to make critical trade-offs regarding cost, complexity, and customer value to ensure our products remain industry leading. By collaborating across engineering, marketing, and sales, you will develop messaging and demonstrations that showcase our technological vision to stakeholders. You will also incorporate AI into daily operations to optimize productivity and solve complex business challenges. Your success in this role directly impacts how customers interact with our technology, ensuring our solutions address their evolving business requirements.
