* Education & Experience: Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Marketing) and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in CRM, Pricing, Performance Marketing, or Analytics * Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data and numbers, quick comprehension, as well as a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a structured, independent way of working * Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills for working successfully in a dynamic environment, with confidence in managing stakeholders * Cross-Functional & Tool Competence: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as experience in stakeholder management * Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken * Nice to Have: Passion for fashion and e-commerce, combined with a strong sense for customer communication tailored to different target groups
