APPLICATION ENGINEER, GTM SYSTEMS

As part of HackerOne's Go-to-Market Operations team , the Application Engineer, GTM Systems will help design, build, and support the systems that power how our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams operate. You'll focus on hands-on development and integration across our Salesforce ecosystem and connected applications, enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to work more efficiently.

In this role, you'll apply an AI-Native mindset to automate workflows and simplify complexity in our revenue processes. You will collaborate with system owners and stakeholders across RevOps, Finance, and Marketing to deliver reliable solutions that keep our GTM engine running. Your day-to-day work centers on building, configuring, troubleshooting, and improving the systems our teams depend on.

As we open our new office in Pune, India, we're excited to welcome team members who value in-person connection, collaboration, and shared purpose. All roles in Pune are hybrid by design; remote options are not available.
