• A commitment to keeping your technical skills and knowledge up to date. • A good understanding of search engines. • Must be an independent SEO consultant. • The candidate should have proven expertise in SEM and SEO, including experience with bid management tools such as Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo and Search Ignite. • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field would be an added advantage. • He or she should have up-to-date knowledge of best practices in SEM and SEO and a solid understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms. • He or she should also be familiar with web analytics, marketing, business development and possess excellent communication skills.
