About the role

Remote: yes Posted: 2026-11-02

Hi there :)

Thanks for checking in to find out about our open position. We´ll provide as much information as possible, but please feel free to reach us if you have further questions. We´ll be happy to see your application, even if there are skills you don't quite master!

We strive to create an inspiring and growth-oriented environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered. We promote both personal and professional development, with individualized support for your needs and goals. We aim to build a space where everyone can thrive.

We're looking for an experienced SQL Developer to design, write, and tune complex queries and to build and maintain the ETL pipelines that feed the enterprise data warehouse. You will work with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to make sure data is accurate, performs well, and is ready for reporting and analytics.

What you would do

- Write complex, efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

- Turn business requirements into well-structured, maintainable SQL logic.

- Build data extracts and datasets for reporting and analytics.

- Analyze execution plans to find and fix performance bottlenecks.

- Recommend and implement performance optimizations such as query rewriting, caching, and materialized views.

- Monitor database performance and fix issues before they affect users.

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that move data from source systems or S3 into the warehouse.

- Build in data quality checks, validation, and error handling.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and data discrepancies.

- Document data flows, mappings, transformations, and technical designs.

- Work with analysts and business users to clarify requirements, and take part in code reviews.
