What you would do
* Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune and Entra ID. * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy. * Support CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP, voice gateways and Teams Phone. * Contribute to on-premise to cloud telephony migrations. * Support WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, routing and switching. * Maintain VMware, storage, backup and core infrastructure. * Troubleshoot complex incidents and support ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change processes.

This is a hands-on role covering Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualisation and Unified Communications, with a key focus on telephony modernisation and migration from on-prem to cloud.
Looking for 7+ years' infrastructure/technical operations experience, with strong hands-on experience across:
* Microsoft 365 / Teams / Entra ID / Intune * Unified Communications and enterprise telephony * CUCM / SIP / voice gateways * Cloud telephony migration * Networking / WAN / SD-WAN * VMware / storage / backup * ITIL processes
