The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant operations and minimize downtime. Required • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or equivalent • 1 to 3 years of experience in plant maintenance or industrial maintenance environment • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motors, transformers, and control panels • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment • Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices • Knowledge of industrial safety standards and protocols • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns Nice to Have • Experience with PLC systems and automation equipment • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) • Experience in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or heavy industries • Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles
