We are seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.
This is a hybrid/site‑based role in the central New Jersey area. The candidate is expected to be onsite 3‑4 days/week for the first few months while on‑boarding and learning client projects and systems. Then the current client requirement is to be onsite minimum 50%, subject to any changes in client's requirements.
What you would do
General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, include:
* Project setup.
* Cost reporting including forecasting/re‑forecasting.
* Cashflow/spend projections.
* Vendor contract and purchase order setup.
* Change order review.
* Invoice review.
* Vendor and project closeout.
