Review drawings and equipment across DAP stages, monitor master schedules, safety, legal compliance, capacity, cost, and quality. Support Gemba issues, tryouts, crane and robot studies, tooling tuning, productivity improvements, and weekly/monthly progress reporting for mid- and long-term activities. Required - 2 to 5 years in press manufacturing projects. - Experience in press equipment and tooling. - Project planning, scheduling, and coordination skills. - Knowledge of shop layout and facility planning. - Familiarity with safety and legal compliance. - Strong supplier and installation follow-up. Nice to Have - Robot tooling and tuning experience. - AutoCAD or plant layout software exposure. - Cost control and capacity study experience. - Gemba problem-solving in manufacturing.
