* Provide day-to-day application support, maintaining availability, performance and stability of business-critical systems. * Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests and production issues within agreed SLAs. * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring incidents. * Coordinate with users, technical teams and vendors to resolve technical and functional issues. * Support releases, deployments, configuration changes and enhancements across environments. * Monitor application health, performance, logs and interfaces to identify potential issues. * Troubleshoot data discrepancies, reconciliations, batch-processing issues and operational support matters. * Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, incident records and operational procedures. * Support SIT, UAT, production validation, defect management and post-implementation activities. * Follow change, incident and problem management processes, meet delivery targets, and contribute to continuous improvement. * Communicate issue status and risks to stakeholders.

* Core banking lending technical and functional expertise. * Oracle Database concepts and data analysis. * REST/SOAP APIs, integration, ESB and Kafka. * Stakeholder management, documentation and communication skills.

* 8–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer supporting core banking lending solutions. * Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE or Intellect lending modules and business processes. * Experience in lending onboarding and product lifecycle management.
