Deputy Manager

The State Head– Install is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy for the Install business, evaluating opportunities, and identifying product lineup for the Indian market. This role involves establishing relationships with influencers like architects and system integrators, maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and generating unique sales plans and leads. The role also includes client visits for product introduction and demonstration, technical and commercial discussions, and training. Additionally, the role requires researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying marketing trends and market moves.

* Execute the go-to-market strategy for the Install business * Evaluate opportunities and identify product lineup for the Indian market * Establish relationships with influencers like architects and system integrators * Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular market visits * Conduct client visits for product introduction, demonstration, and technical and commercial discussions * Generate unique sales plans and leads, develop strategies, and meet sales objectives * Provide AV solutions to potential customers * Regularly report on forecasting, results, and research * Coordinate seamlessly with stakeholders * Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans * Understand and prepare techno-commercial offers * Resolve customer issues

* Should be familiar with institutional Sales * Ability to drive Sales target and achieve goals * Ability to build relationships within the organisation and with Key Business drivers * High on result orientation * Good communication and listening ability * Solution provider with critical/ analytical thinking ability * Quick learner * Ability to operate within an automated environment with a high sense of process discipline * Passionate about growth, Result-oriented, Quick Learner, Committed, Team player * Should be a self-driver and take ownership

* Graduate in any engineering field with the ability to grasp and handle technical issues

Location & Work Mode

* Work Mode: Onsite

* Compensation: Rs. 8 to 10 lakh pa, based on present compensation.

Note: Not required from the trade, i.e., AV industry.
