Experience: Around 2-3 Years or more

Qualification and other traits: Incumbent should be Graduate/Postgraduate.

What you would do

 A strong candidate from the salon industry with minimum 2 years of experience in professional division/retail.  Preferred to work with professional companies and have knowledge of the salon industry.  Good relations with the salon in the area worked.  Monthly business expectations turnover should be 4-5 lacs.  Handling at least 2-3 distributors.  Good knowledge of the excel and good command in handling the distributors.  Managing ROI of the distributors, market outstanding, claims handling.  Maximum coverage of all salons in the area.  Good repo with all salons and market.  Planning & organizing education seminars in the area, training in salons.  Monthly coverage of 300-400 salons as per the beat plan.  Identifying new opportunities in the market.
