Maintain jigs and fixtures, troubleshoot welding equipment, and support basic electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems. Teach and program welding robots to meet production quality and cycle time targets. Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Required - Hands-on experience with spot, arc, and CO2 welding - Knowledge of jig and fixture maintenance - Familiarity with spot and arc welding equipment - Basic electrical, pneumatic, and PLC skills - Experience teaching or programming welding robots - Ability to read basic technical drawings Nice to Have - Welding certification or technical diploma - Experience in automotive or heavy manufacturing - Lean manufacturing or 5S knowledge - Robot teaching experience with major brands
