Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our Managed Accounts Solutions Platform team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

* Perform moderate to complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications. * Maintain and support applications and their operating environments. * Respond to alerts, perform root cause analysis, and use procedures and documentation for issue resolution. * Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup, monitor applications, and respond to incidents Lead or partner with other team members on analyzing moderate to complex issues. * Perform ongoing health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents. * Provide input and recommendations for technical solutions on application problems. * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for more complex issues and escalate to second level application or infrastructure support when necessary. * Design and implement automation for manual processes. * Mentor or provide guidance for junior team members. * Partner with quality assurance, development, and business teams to support client needs. * Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.

* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. * 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required. * Experience in the financial services industry is essential. * Experience in Java, Oracle, Perl, and Python.
