The role involves leading a team of quality inspectors, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with SQPCH (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Health) targets. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma qualification and hands-on experience in manufacturing quality operations, with the ability to manage abnormalities, allocate work effectively, and support team members in achieving performance goals. Required • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality Control, or related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment • Hands-on experience with shop floor inspection processes and quality standards • Proven ability to perform team leader or supervisor role on the shop floor • Strong understanding of SQPCH (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Health) parameters • Experience in work allocation and team coordination • Ability to identify and manage abnormalities in production processes • Basic computer skills for system operation and report preparation • Good communication skills to guide and support subordinates
