Lead Agile product delivery across the full software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization

Serve as the Salesforce and mobile application subject matter expert, defining product vision, roadmaps, and strategic priorities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, QA, compliance, legal, marketing) to drive product launches and operational excellence

Develop and execute UAT, regression test plans, and coordinate issue resolution for production support
