YOUR ROLE AT HOSTINGER
As a QA Practice Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of quality assurance at Hostinger. You'll lead the evolution of our QA practices by introducing AI-powered testing approaches, improving automation capabilities, and helping QA engineers transition from traditional test execution to orchestrating and validating AI agents.
Working closely with Engineering, Product, AI, and DevOps teams, you'll define the tools, standards, and skills needed to ensure quality across Hostinger's products as we continue to innovate and deliver faster.
This is an opportunity to build a new approach to QA, experiment with emerging technologies, and drive meaningful change across our engineering organization.

What you would do
- Shape and drive Hostinger's QA strategy, introducing AI-powered testing tools, methodologies, and best practices across engineering teams.
- Experiment with and implement AI agents for test generation, execution, maintenance, and failure analysis.
- Help QA engineers transition toward AI-assisted workflows by developing their skills in agent orchestration and validation.
- Establish quality standards and metrics to ensure reliable, efficient, and consistent testing across Hostinger's products.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, AI, and DevOps teams to integrate modern testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines.
