We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support technology projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Servers, Workstations, Microsoft 365, VOIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams.

* Analyze business data and prepare technical requirements.

* Support technology projects and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

* Conduct research, testing, and implementation of technology solutions.

* Create procedures to improve existing systems and business processes.

* Provide training and technical support to end users.

* Prepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

* Coordinate with infrastructure and technical teams.
