This role is ideal for diploma holders with strong aptitude and proficiency in MS Office tools who want to build a career in production planning and logistics management. As a PCLD Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and coordinating logistics operations to meet customer demands efficiently. You will work closely with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to maintain seamless operations. *\Key Responsibilities\* - Monitor and control daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders - Coordinate with production teams to track material availability and production progress - Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock maintenance of raw materials and finished goods - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and logistics reports using MS Excel - Create presentations and dashboards in MS PowerPoint for management reviews - Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely delivery of finished products - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality, and sales - Maintain accurate records of production data, material movements, and logistics activities - Identify bottlenecks in production flow and suggest improvements - Support in planning and scheduling of material procurement and dispatch activities *\Required Qualifications and Skills\* - Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) - Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint for reporting and presentations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines *\Nice to Have\* - Previous internship or exposure to manufacturing/production environment - Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software - Understanding of supply chain concepts - Knowledge of inventory management principles *\What We Offer\* - Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment - Career growth in production and logistics management - Hands-on learning and skill development - Collaborative work culture with experienced professionals
