Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for more than just project delivery?

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially-minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Cost Management team across the Western Region. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-profile projects, work directly with major public and private sector clients and play a key role in shaping the future growth of our business.

What they are looking for

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with ambition, commercial awareness and leadership potential.

Essential

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline. * Chartered (MRICS or equivalent). * Proven experience delivering cost management services on major construction, infrastructure or public sector projects. * Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously. * Experience leading teams and mentoring others.

Desirable

* Experience working with public sector clients such as DfE, Homes England. * Consultancy experience. * Experience supporting bids, frameworks and business development activities. * Knowledge of programme-level cost management and commercial assurance.
