Analysis and improvement
* Consult with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and objectives. * Analyse business, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. * Review workflows and recommend changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance. * Develop process maps, business requirements, workflow documentation, and other analysis documents. * Prepare recommendations, business cases, feasibility assessments, and impact analyses for proposed changes. * Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops and communicate findings across departments. * Support implementation and evaluate solutions against business objectives. * Identify operational risks, recommend mitigations, maintain records, and prepare management reports and presentations.
Pay
* Pay is £50,000–£55,000 per year.
