Summarize, prioritize, and analyze data for cross-functional teams. Lead a shopfloor team of 8–10, allocate work, manage abnormalities, and drive improvement activities. Support subordinates to achieve SQPCH targets through reporting, decision-making, and continuous improvement. Required - Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering - 2+ years in manufacturing quality control or shopfloor operations - Experience supervising or leading 8–10 member team - Strong defect investigation and containment action skills - Data analysis and MS Excel/PPT reporting skills - Good communication and decision-making abilities Nice to Have - Basic vehicle and manufacturing system knowledge - Experience with shopfloor improvement methodologies - Knowledge of SQPCH targets and abnormality management - Exposure to C/M implementation and offline tools
