* Requires 8 to 12 years of experience. * Hands-on experience with TIBCO upgrades and support; middleware implementation or support using TIBCO Service Bus and related technologies. * Strong background in application management, business integration, microservices, and distributed enterprise applications. * Requires CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation experience, with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD given as examples. * Requires hands-on experience with cloud platforms or OpenShift. * Experience with integration-flow design, service specifications, and performance tuning is required. * Cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP is highly recommended; Dynatrace monitoring knowledge is preferred. * Excellent client-facing and communication skills are required.
