This is what we expect:

* More than three years of development with Python and Django * More than three years of frontend development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, ideally with Bootstrap and Django templates * More than three years of experience with REST interfaces and connecting external systems * More than three years of experience with CI/CD * Experience evaluating and resolving security findings

Advantageous (not a must):

* PDF and report generation, for example with WeasyPrint or wkhtmltopdf * Data processing with pandas * PostgreSQL * Geodata and coordinates * Projects in the railway environment * First experience with AI support in development

Project language is German

You work in the customer's team, in German, in meetings and in documentation. The customer expects German at a native language level.

* Mostly remote, plus office if you like * MacBook (unless the customer provides their own hardware) * Different customers, different projects * The founders are your direct contacts
