• Turn data into reliable analyses, actionable recommendations, and experiments that measure value creation • Challenge and improve the design and analysis of A/B tests • Establish a robust experimentation framework covering hypotheses, metrics, statistical power, duration, and decision rules • Design and review test plans with teams, then analyze results and recommend decisions • Explore acquisition, conversion, usage, payment, and retention data • Analyze funnels and cohorts, identify friction points, and propose high-impact hypotheses or tests • Collaborate with the Payments team on transaction performance and risk • Analyze customer value by cohort, channel, product, or segment • Develop LTV, acquisition cost, and payback analyses • Improve the use of value signals in advertising platforms and measure their impact • Translate questions from leadership and teams into appropriate analyses and protocols • Ensure data reliability and align metric definitions with the Data Analyst and Data Engineer • Communicate results, uncertainties, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders

• 3–5 years of experience in product data science, growth, or a comparable analytics role • Experience with a high-traffic product or large data volumes in SaaS, subscription, e-commerce, or a comparable environment • Hands-on experience designing and analyzing experiments and using data to improve a product or business performance • Strong foundation in statistics and statistical inference • Proficiency in experiment design and analysis, including hypotheses, statistical power, multiple testing, metrics, and cohort maturity • Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis and statistics • Experience with funnel and cohort analysis, retention, and customer value • Experience with a data warehouse and product analytics tools • Fluent French required • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
