Graphic Designer

* Create marketing materials for travel brands: banners, emails, illustrations, social media creatives, and campaigns. * Design motion pieces and animations for campaigns (ads, promos, stories). * Develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns from idea to execution. * Create storyboards and visual guidelines for videographers. * Adapt creatives based on performance data and feedback. * Maintain brand consistency across brands and channels while delivering fresh concepts for new campaigns. * Analyze creative performance and propose improvements to campaigns based on data. * Communicate with marketing managers and the design lead on team workload and task priorities. * Iterate quickly and deliver assets under tight deadlines.

* Strong experience in marketing design and campaign development. * Strong skills in Figma (auto-layouts, components, libraries). * Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. * Ability to work fast without losing quality. * Ability to think in campaigns and ideas, not just isolated visuals. * Open-minded, flexible, and responsive to feedback. * Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Will be considered as advantage

* Experience with 2D and/or 3D illustrations. * Experience building design systems or reusable marketing templates. * Knowledge of AI image generation & prompting(ChatGPT/Midjourney/Higgsfield/Nano Banana, etc.). * Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement) and ability to use data to improve creatives.

We don’t want to set limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary range for position is 2,700–3,000 EUR gross, depending on the applicant’s professional experience in the relevant field.
