- Develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
- Partner with business leaders from Sales, Marketing, Founder’s Office, Analytics, etc. to deeply understand their talent needs.
- Attract talents by leveraging social media, job boards, referrals and other channels.
- You are proficient in implementing metrics to effectively track time to fill, sourcing effectiveness, quality of hire, and other recruitment-related metrics.
Candidate Persona - 6+ years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitments for go-to-market functions like Sales, Marketing ,Strategy, etc.
- Experience in SaaS/IT industry (preferred).
- Data-driven problem solver.
